Preston Price is the founder and principal consultant at BASK Consulting Group. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Preston has performed virtually all job functions within the CRE field. He has worked on loans ranging from $25,000 to $70,000,000 and has successfully funded several construction loans, from $1.2 million duplex loans to $25 million hotel construction loans. Additionally, Preston excels at helping investors refinance matured balloon notes and projects with unfavorable terms.

Preston has extensive experience in both the relationship and credit administration sides of commercial real estate finance. He has negotiated loan extension agreements, loan workout scenarios, and loan foreclosure proceedings. His work in loan syndication and participation has enabled him to build a robust network of CRE lenders nationwide, which we leverage to advance our clients' projects.
